The high powered appliance with ample options to cook, grill or bake innumerable food items; Smeg B102MFX5 100cm Stainless Steel Dual Fuel Range Cooker is ideal for large scale use. Designed in dimensions of 90 x 100 x 60cms, it has adjustable height facility for convenience, LPG conversion jets that need to be installed by a corgi registered installer and sophisticated design in stainless steel for easier maintenance and cleaning up.
The 6 burners gas hob comprising of 1 x 1 kW in the front right, 1 x 3.50 kW ultra rapid burner located to the front centre, 1 x 2.5 kW in the front left, 1 x 1.75 kW in the back right, 1 x 1 kW in the centre back and 1 x 1.75 kW in the back left allows you to try out varied quantities and types of regular cooking. Automatic gas cut out for safety is also provided in this dual fuel range cooker. The mains push button for ovens and hob ignition ensures easier lighting.
The main oven with capacity of 57 litres is rated ‘A’ in energy efficiency and is the ideal multi function electric section with conventional cooking features. It has full fan, full grill, part grill, grill with fan and lower element and defrost facilities provided. LED minute minder, audible signal at the end of cycle and end of cooking LED timer are provided. 2 oven shelves, glass oven door with viewing window, included grill pan and roasting lid are other attractions.
The auxiliary oven with capacity of 27 litres is rated ‘A’ in energy efficiency class. It has multifunction electric design with conventional design, lower grill, full grill and part grill options. This Smeg range cooker comes with enamel coating; closed door variable grilling and half grilling options are provided to save energy when dealing with smaller quantities. The double glazed glass door ensures great heat insulation.
Smeg B102MFX5 100cm Stainless Steel Range Cooker requires hardwiring by an electrician and the mains need to be connected to 30 amps power supply.
