Falcon 1092 Dual Fuel Range Cooker
The Falcon 1092 Dual Fuel Range Cooker enables you to cook and even bake a lot of scrumptious dishes all at once. The special feature of this cooking range is that it is be available in dual fuel, either natural gas connection of 1/2″ BSP or all electric with ceramic hob. The power supply is 30.9 amp max at 230V (50Hz) – Single Phase. The width of this cooking range is 1092 mm, the depth is 66 mm and its height is 915-942 mm while it has a weight of 153kg.
The large stainless steel hotplate presents a choice of 5 proficient standard burners with an imposing 5kW central burner for using a wok or fish kettle. The power heat of each burner is 3 x 3kW. The top setting is good for browning food with the Browning element of 1 x 1.1kW (electric) and the bottom is for heating pizzas or even for slow cooking.
The oven of this amazing dual fuel range cooker includes separate dual circuit grill with variable heat settings and even a fan oven so that we can reach the temperature desired quickly. This includes a conventional oven which can be used for zoned cooking and the storage drawer is very spacious.
