Falcon 1092 Deluxe CT Freestanding Range Cooker uses dual fuel for its operation (natural gas and mains electric). The hob area is made up of small burner, medium burner (1 x 1.7kW), large burner (3 x 3.0 kW) and a high/wok burner (1 x 4.0kW) which is under the removable French cook top. A one piece stainless steel hob is also offered. The cook top is made of cast aluminium enamel. A griddle is an optional fitting and the pan supports are made of cast iron (matt or gloss).
The grill equipped is a heavy duty roll out type with electric variable dual circuit (2.3kW).
1st oven
The 1st oven is a multifunctional oven which is arranged on the left hand side. ‘B’ is the energy rating of this oven. It consumes a maximum power of 2.5kw. Its cavity dimensions are 429 x 380 x 380mm. The usable cavity volume is 62 litres. The interior of the cavity is finished with self-clean catalytic lining. It has a solid door type in the hinge position. There are 2 shelves with 5 positions.
2nd oven
The 2nd oven is a fanned electric oven. Its energy rating is ‘A’. Its maximum power consumption comes to 2.2kw. The cavity dimensions are 380 x 429 x 409mm. The usable cavity volume is 67litres. Its interior is also finished with self-clean catalytic lining. It has 3 shelves which includes a deep shelf for larger pans. It is also provided with a solid door.
Both the oven has light and an electric browning element with 1.1kW. Other additional features are stainless plinth, stainless side panels, flame failure devices, feet which are adjustable, storage compartment, LPG conversion kit and facia cooling system. Its installation dimensions are 1092 x 660 x 915 mm and it weighs 153kg. It has a single handed mains ignition system.
The possible maximum electrical load at 230V is 7.4kW. The electrical connection is facilitated through a cooker box with 32.2ampere.
