An advanced ceramic grill is accompanied with the latest Falcon 1000 Dual Fuel Range Cooker. To the left of the grill a slow cooking oven is fitted which is suitable for casseroles or warming plates and a rocker switch controls this oven. The dimensions of this oven are (H) 18 x (W) 41.3 x (D) 45.8cm.
Other additions are two electric fanned ovens, which contains self clean liners. Moreover, the left hand oven is fully programmable. The dimensions of this oven are (H) 41.5 x (W) 42.5 x (D) 38cm. Another significant feature is a tested gas hotplate with a power of 15.7kW. This device also supports FSD’s and single-handed ignition feature.
Dual fuel supply is needed for the functioning of this cooker. There is a central burner of 5kW which is supported with 4 other standard burners apart from a wok ring. A gas hob type is what enhances the functions of this device. There is also a flame safety device which prevents gas escape if by chance the flame goes out.
