CDA RV1200SS 120cm Dual Fuel Stainless Steel Range Cooker
The CDA RV1200SS 120cm Dual Fuel Stainless Steel Range Cooker takes culinary arts to new levels. The capable stainless steel range cooker is provided with five gas burners and one ceramic griddle zone. A wok burner also is included.
To the front left position is the 3.5kW wok / triple ring. To the front right position also you have a 3.5kW wok / triple ring. Rear left position holds a 1.75kW semi-rapid burner. To the rear right you have another 1.75kW semi-rapid burner. A 4.5kW dual burner is placed at the centre left position. To the centre right you have the 1.3kW ceramic griddle. These different burners with different power levels provide variable cooking facility. The rated gas input is 15kW and the rated electrical power of the unit is 7.9kW. Power supply required for the device is 60 Amps. Energy efficiency rating of all the three ovens are ‘A’. Dimensions of this range cooker are 1047 x 1200 x 600 mm.
Main oven is placed at the top right. The position of the second oven is at the lower left. You have third oven located at the top left. With the three efficient ovens, baking quality is at its paramount. The main oven capacity is 53 litres. The second oven capacity is 53 litres and the third oven capacity is 35 litres.
The grey easy clean interior makes cleaning a cinch. Touch control programmable electronic clock/timer gives you the freedom to program and time according to your wish. A cooling fan and chromed side racks are also installed to increase the efficiency of the unit. Chromed side racks and removable doors help to maintain the system clean. Interior lights provide good viewing inside the oven. You can see the procedure taking place inside without opening the door. Catalytic liners C5OL in the main and second ovens make cleaning easy. Integrated anti-tilt shelves are provided.
The accessories include cast iron wok support to provide the pans good support. 2 flat shelves and 2 space saver shelves add to the convenience. 2 grill pans with grids and 2 grill pan handles are also provided. 1 rotisserie kit also is offered. The pizza stone supplied creates tasty pizzas.
