The hob features include 5 gas burners, 1 ceramic griddle zone, wok burner, automatic ignition for faster results and cast iron pan supports for optimum durability and ease of use. With rear back guard to prevent splashing of food items on the wall and flame failure device to avoid accidents due to gas leaks, this range cooker is reliable and convenient to use. The gas hob comprise of 2 triple ring 3.5 kW wok burner with one positioned to the front left and the other to the front right, 2 x 1.75 kW semi rapid burners with one at the rear left and the other at the rear right, dual 4.5 kW to the centre left and 1.3 kW ceramic griddle to the right centre.
The company offers accessories like cast iron wok support, 2 flat shelves, 2 space saver shelves, 2 grill pan handles and one rotisserie kit. Optional accessories like griddle, catalytic liners for first and second ovens, pizza stone and CDA cleaning cloth are also ensured.
The main oven and second oven have volume of 53litres each, while the third oven is for dealing with lesser quantities as it has a volume of 35litres only. The rated gas input is 15kW, while the rated electrical power is 7.9 kW and the power supply required is 60 amps. All the ovens are rated ‘A’ in terms of energy efficiency.
The main oven and second oven have light for optimum visibility and defrosting option too. The first oven is conventional type and has fan assisted oven function. Fan cooking with upper heat, grill and fanned grill are other functions of this oven. The second oven has fan oven and browning oven facilities. The third oven has convectional, browning and warming oven and electric grill functions. The ovens have grey easy clean interiors and touch control electronic programmer and timer. With chromed side racks, integrated anti-tilt shelves and removable doors, care has been taken in every aspect to ensure superb ease of use.
