CDA RV1000 100cm Range Cooker
Fuelled by gas and electricity, one can try out innumerable recipes with the 
powerful CDA RV1000 100cm Range Cooker. With 6 gas burners, 2 ovens and grill facilities; it is indeed a must have to try out various cooking recipes. Designed in dimensions of 100 x 60 x 96cms, this CDA range cooker has automatic ignition facility.
The Gas hob has cast iron pan supports, wok burner and rear back guard. Comprising of 2 x 3.5 kW wok / triple ring burner located to the front left and right, 2 x 1.75 kW semi rapid burners located to the rear right and rear left, 1 x 1 kW auxiliary burner located to the front centre and 3 kW rapid burner to the rear centre; the unit is really a versatile appliance.
The Main Multifunctional Oven with 60 litres capacity has electronic clock and timer and 8 functions for dealing with different food items. With cooling fan to ward off the moisture levels, fully programmable electronic clock & timer and chromed side racks for accommodating more food items; it also has removable oven door for easier cleaning and storage compartment. The Second Oven is the conventional section with 35 litres capacity has 5 functions facility. Cooling fan, rotisserie, chromed side racks and removable oven door are also provided. The oven has porthole type door that opens from top to bottom. Both ovens are rated �B� in energy efficiency. The heating type of main oven is convection + fan while for the second oven it is only convection option.
The rated gas input is 14.5 kW, the rated electrical power is 3.78 kW and the power supply required is 30 amps.� Accessories like cast iron wok supports, 2 space saver shelves, 2 grill pans with grids, 2 grill pan handles and one rotisserie kit are included in the package. The LPG jets included offers safe and easier change-over.
Optional accessories like plate warmer rack / shelf for second oven, and griddle and catalytic liners for the main oven, pizza stone and CDA cloth are also provided.
