CDA RC9020SS 90cm Dual Fuel Stainless Steel Range Cooker
The high powered CDA RC9020SS 90cm Dual Fuel Stainless Steel Range Cooker offers ample options to cook, bake, broil and grill foods in minimal time and energy thus bringing new dimensions to the concept of range cooker.
The hob has 5 burners comprising of 3 kW rapid burner positioned to the front left; 1 kW auxiliary burner to the front right; 1.75 kW semi-rapid burner to the rear left; 1.75 kW semi rapid burner to the rear right and 3.5 kW triple ring or wok burner in the centre for cooking varied quantities and types of foods. This dual fuel range cooker also features automatic ignition facility.
The ovens have programmable electronic clock or timer for almost hands-free freedom after loading and setting the controls. Cooling fan to ward off odour and humidity build-up; chromed side racks to accommodate different foods simultaneously; integrated anti tilt shelves and interior lights for optimum visibility are unique features of the appliance. The doors are removable and hence cleaning up the mess after cooking is easier and simpler! The main oven has capacity of 60 litres and the secondary oven has 35 litres capacity.
Accessories included in the package comprise of cast iron wok supports; 2+1 flat shelves; 2 grill pans with grid; 2 grill pan handles and a rotisserie kit. LPG jets are also included for effortless change-over. Optional accessories like plate warmer or shelf in second oven; RG1/E griddle; pizza stone; CDA cleaning cloth and catalytic liners the C30L for the main oven are also provided.
CDA RC9020SS 90cm Dual Fuel Range Cooker requires rated gas input of 11 kW, rated electrical power of 4.2 kW and power supply of 20 Amps. Energy efficiency in the main oven is rated C and the second oven is rated B.
