Two ovens are provided to the new Caple Gastron GR1201 Dual fuel Range Cooker. The main oven has 9 functions which are light, turbo conventional heat, fan heat, base heat, top heat, full grill, turbo grill, turbo defrost, 61litre capacity, programmable electronic timer. The small oven features are light, conventional heat, grill (with rotisserie option), base heat, top heat and 35 litre capacity.

The hob features are 4 gas burners which has 1 large triple ring burner, 1 rapid burner, 1 semi-rapid burner and 1 simmer burner. It has 2 ceramic plates with 2 zones with 160mm (1.2kW).

Other added features of this Caple range cooker are cast iron griddle, cast iron pan support, auto electronic ignition, flame failure. It has a dual fuel facility. Other general features are triple glazed doors with heat reflective glass, full width sealed inner door glass, tangential cooling fan, closed door grilling, full width storage drawer and LPG jets included.

The equipped accessories are 2 shelves with support racks in main oven, 1 shelf with support racks in small oven, 2 grill pans with handles, 2 enamelled baking trays, 1 rotisserie rack. For electronic connection the rated load is 5.70kW and the fuse rating is 32A. The energy rating offered is ‘A’. Other optional fittings are telescopic shelf runners, pizza stone. 1 year is the warranty supplied for parts and labour. The cavity interior finish is wiping clean. Turbo defrost function is also there. Its dimensions are 998 x 599 x 900mm.
