Cannon C110DPX Professional with FSD Range Cooker has 5 cooking elements that are very capable and support all types of cooking purposes. The dual burners’ inner crown can be controlled away from outer crown flames. Auto ignition lights up the burners as soon as the knob is turned on. Flame safety system too is included. This feature prevents gas supply to the elements as soon as the flame goes out. Wok cradle and Cast iron pan supports are provided. Flame supervision device too is included in the device.
There are 2 ovens in this range cooker. Multifunction electric first oven has 9 functions. A powerful variable electric grill is integrated in the unit. Usable cavity volume of the first oven is 68 Litres. Of the 2 shelves position, one of them is easy glide type. The Auto-timer / minute minder is installed in the main oven. Multifunction electric second oven has 4 features to its credit. It features Roasting tray + grill pan handle and dishwasher-proof door seals. A dual circuit grill is integrated in the second oven. The cavity volume of the second oven is 36 litres. Single shelf position is included in the second oven. Energy rating of the both the ovens are ‘B’
The door material of the device is glass. Drop down doors of the unit are double glazed. Oven lights provided in the cavities ensure great viewing facility. Cavity interiors have Cook & clean lining finish for easy cleaning. Facia cooling system and storage compartment of 55 litres are available.
